I think anything can be customised over there ... even for your Passat [:p] Just a matter of whether you dare to or not...

Similarly can be done in SG too... just that will cost double [laugh]

6th from top , 2nd from bottom, odd one with the unpainted kit. Can see or not? [:|] The kit & rims are the same.

Hi guys,

The fitting of the Cupra R Kit has started today. One day, I'll start a webpage to document the process, but in the meantime, hope this information is useful for others who might want to try.

Here's the first pic. The bumper.

Here's the tricky part. The "Cupra R" kit comes with horizontal kidney grilles and honeycomb radiator grilles. The "Cupra" Kit comes with Honeycomb kidney grilles which in my opinion looks cool and would match the "Cupra R". So I order both parts and had the Honeycomb grille cut out from the "Cupra" and grafted onto the "Cupra R". The grafting was done with a glue gun by the skillful work of Alan at ADSM.

Next the Fog light Honeycomb grill on the bottom right side makes for a sweet spot for a cold air intake. Look at the size of this hole!!! I did some DIY work with silicone hoses and alunimium tubing to extend the air intake pipe to the honeycomb grill. Special thanks to Pete for the parts [sunny]

Okay, here's the pic of the grill attached on. See the blue hose peeking from inside? The venturi effect of the cone shape changes the sound of the air intake, making it sound a little more bassy.
