Hazard light setup

Does anyone know whether SA can fix up my hazard lights so that when reverse gear is engaged or doors are opened, it will come on? How much will it be? Is it difficult to do? If SA can't do it, which workshop can do it and for how much? Will it also void my warranty? Thanks

Hi

 

U can only have Hazard Lights blinking while

engine is on and door is ajar. You cant have

it when gear is in reverse.

 

This function is only linked with the Alarm

System and I bet Wheels Alarm do not have this

function.

Alarm System like Silicon and Vav have this function.

However, certain cars like Altis and Corolla G9 have

this function too cos their car is Toyota fitted

Engine Immobiliser while Alarm system is

Silicon.

it can be done la. jus fix a wire from the reverse light to the hazard light. but the problem is when u on ur hazard light and reverse gear at the same time, they might be a conflict and think the bulb might fuse or even the whole engine down.

 

i got my front fender light converted into normal light, which is on when my fog light is on. jus got the wire of the side light cut off, the one which electicity current flow in from, then attached that to the wire of the fog lamp. so i on fog lamp the light comes on oso.

 

ur case is becos u bring a wire from the reverse light to bring in power for the light when u engaged reverse gear, plus ur original hazard light oso got power. 2 power at the same time, might haf conflict?
