Ehonda Neutral Newbie December 10, 2004 Author Share December 10, 2004 can share with me how much u got for the precedas? i was quoted for $100 for 195/50. Are you referring to 15" cos I also want to get also but the best price I get is $110 per tyre. Now have another choices to consider, Pirelli P-Zero Nero, anyone have any comments about this tyre cos seen from magazine, seems the rating for wet, dry grounds and comfort level all have good ratings? Yes the price i got was for 195/50/R15 ...

Sparetyre Neutral Newbie December 17, 2004 Share December 17, 2004 Hi, Hope this is not too late for your consideration..... Michelin Pilot Preceda - no comment Bridgestone G3 - A friend of mine driving a IS200 changed from ES100 to G3 and is very happy with it. He changed within 2 months of using the ES100. Reasons: noise and grip. Yokohama C-drive - Was considering it too but was advised by my "reliable sources" against it. Reason: noise. BF Goodrich G-force sport - I am currently using it now. Noise is low and grip is good (dry and wet) for speed about 100km/h. Read reviews that the wet grip is not too good but if you are not racing, it should be fine. If $$$ is not an issue, go for G3. Otherwise, BFG is value for $$$. Regards.
Saabster Neutral Newbie December 17, 2004 Share December 17, 2004 G3s are very noisy. 2 other friends and myself have all complained about the noise levels. We have all changed out of the G3s. We were running on 16"s and 17"s We have since switched to the C-drive and the GY GsD3 F1s. The reduction in noise levels are fairly significant. Just my 2Cents
