toyota harrier has an extra side mirror sticking out of somewhere in front..beside the front bonnet..its v.prominent...wherea the lexus RX300 has none...also take note of the badging ont he steering wheel whereby it wld b toyota instead of lexus...but this can easily b changed...frm wat i have observed RX300 has a lower ride height as compared to harrier [thumbsup]

have tried my uncle's harrier and it drive really well...v.smooth [;)]

oh i see....always thot it was the design of the rear tail lights until i got really confused [dizzy] ie the sharp looking ones vs the rounded ones. Both brands seem to have the 2 type of design as well....

Not really true that only Harrier has an additional mirror near the bonnet; some Lexus do come with that too. The best way to differentiate without uncover the bonnet is the glasses.....the word "Lexus" is present on all the windows and front and rear windscreen. Harrier will only have the word "Toyota".

what i really want to know is why people wants to badge their Harrier into a Lexus? [dizzy]

it is like modifying their Tag Heur watch into Rolex. [lipsrsealed]

The Lexus RX300 is known as Harrier in Japan.

There is no Lexus in Japan if I am rite. Only Toyota.

They named certain make of Toyota as "Lexus" for overseas market.

Likewise, couldn't understand why some people bother to change Harrier to Lexus badge since it is so easy to tell?
