Comment on Crimestopper CS2016FM

Don't think it's CS2016FM cos one shop quoted me CS2000 for $330 and CS2002 for $400+... These all much earlier models than CS2016FM...

it is possible for the set to be 2016... we hv seen some shops who buy direct online and the SHOP themselves giv the warranty. but the price is abt $$600+/-, dunno if they hv chged ?

 

For tat price, u r effectively paying for another 2 LCD remote( the most common item to )

Hmm... The price sounds attractive... Btw, what do u mean the LCD remote tends to ? It starts to fade after using for a period of time or spoil easily?

i am very upset with the whole issue with crimestopper.

 

1st - remote controller spolit (send for 1 to 1 exchange) take about 4 weeks

2nd - main unit spoit - get 1 to 1 exchagne, 3 weeks wait

3rd - micro wave sensor does not work, still waiting already 2-3 months

4th- remote controller - the back light is not working anymore.

 

i think ben is not trustworthy to get the crimestopper from him.

shold have bought from the license local supplier.

 

i guess took the wrong risk.

should have bought it from someone else

 

have been trying to call ben but no reply.

 

what happen to ur main unit? how u noe the main unit spoit?

the LCD remote, is basically the thing thats making the diff... the 2-way and its range is dependent on tat little thing. and once u drop it too often , it , u soak/rain it, it .... also the leds in the LCD is rather weak, it can also ....

the main unit is not able to lock the door when the alarm is activated. In the beginning, when the alarm is activated, the door is lock. but after a while, it is not able to lock the door. there is no signal from the main unit to lock the door

 

 

it is happening to the 2nd unit too.
