ANY idea of where the coe is heading? going up?

Going down till Dec before shooting up again due to festive season bookings.

Frankly.. based on past trends... the COE will go up before CNY... but well.. anything can happen...

the coe may go up after dec 10th after the regulars got their pay plus annual bonus.

The regular are the sole buyers but the civil service as a whole could contibute quite a significant number. Anyway the quantum of bonus, etc is not known yet whta if only 13 month
