Any ill effects if only the front springs are changed?

yes i know weight distribution is different with drivers....

thats why i am emphasing on coilovers again...it is not so easy to tune a coilover...

considering all the above unknown you have stated...

 

pre-loading is the setting of the spring load of each corner of the car depending on track conditions ie: more left turns or right turns. hence weight transfer would be of different effect.

For example:

You can set up your front left spring load to be 500kg and front right spring load to be 600kg hence it would take a load from 500kg on the left to actually compress the spring further and 600kg on the right to compress it.

 

Hence weight transfer can be adjusted with this pre-loading.

Yea...he pointed it to me

but he told me it was cumbersome and tedious as he has to set aside about a day to do adjustments and setting up the car.

and it cost couple of hundred dollars.

 

wat driving course you mean?

Yea...dont think any advanced driving course will teach this...anyway it is always good to attend an advanced driving course to learn what is never taught before...

 

Yea..my knowledge is from my course and experiences not from driving courses......:)

Just find out that those HongKee weekend adj the coilover and race full day in old Kai Tak Airport track. Then adj back on sunday night for weekday normal driving [dizzy] ..Hardcore

Stable than ever, comfort sure higher profile better (Stock), but still find very comfort, maybe some of the reason of Sachs kit effects.

Mondy actully was design for comfort. so losses of the comfort will not that much.

My butt also very sensitive too.....
