Wrxblue 1st Gear November 6, 2002 Share November 6, 2002 yes i know weight distribution is different with drivers.... thats why i am emphasing on coilovers again...it is not so easy to tune a coilover... considering all the above unknown you have stated... pre-loading is the setting of the spring load of each corner of the car depending on track conditions ie: more left turns or right turns. hence weight transfer would be of different effect. For example: You can set up your front left spring load to be 500kg and front right spring load to be 600kg hence it would take a load from 500kg on the left to actually compress the spring further and 600kg on the right to compress it.
