Almost a hundred grand for a 6 mth old Tivoli. Used ones are going at over $8K annual dep. I rather gun for a brand new 2 litre Hyundai Tucson at $90K.

The pricing is on the high side for a bread and butter Korean car, which explains the limited numbers sold.

do a calculation of the overall $$ you are paying, low dp/high loan + i/r = do the sums.

Calculate how much you lose first by trading in... you're likely to lose more than 50% of what you paid for your Tivoli...
