Maintainence of Tyres

Noticed that my tyres are going a bit yellow. They are quite new, 2 month old ZE512.

Hmmm...any special low cost treatment for car tyres?

 

How many times do you "polish" your tyres?

You must have gone thru' alot of mud. Wash it with shampoo and use tire shine.

a shoe brush and some 'kiwi' polish should bring back the shine and lustre.

I use Armor All Multi-Purpose Auto Cleaner to clean the surface of the tires to get rid of old tire dressing. Then dress it with your favourite tire dressing, I would recommend Zaino's Z16 Tire gloss or Meguiar High Gloss Endurance (altho a bit finicky to use and prone to slinging if you don't buff off/dry)

If they are not muddy, apply meguiar's long lasting tire gel thingy, purple in colour. Very good

EagleOne tyre dressing - very durable. available at stamford tyres.

Yea those purple gel is long lasting, unlike those foam. Even a few runs in rain still sticked onto the tyre.
