Thinking of whether is it worth it??

to trade in my new 14" stock sport rims comes with yokohama Aspect tyres on the 1st day of collecting my car to 15" ones

 

any brothers here can advice? can trade in for better price? for a 600+ to 700+ 15" sets?

The trade-in is usually 600 including rims.

I dont know how much they can take in your Stock Rims/Tyres

but I traded in my aftermarket 14inch Taiwan AVA S/rims with

bridgestone ER60 185/60/14 tyres for $250 and I top up $220

for brand new ADR 15" rims w used tyres.

 

However, I changed my tyres to Falken ZE326 ( 195/50/15 ) after

1 week as the used tyres cannot make it.

I paid $220 for 4 new tyres so all in all, I paid $440 for new

rims and new tyres after traded in.

 

You can recce around before committing.. Dont rush into it as

else where maybe cheaper..

 

Try to get a light weight rims as far as possible cos

it can be very significant in pickup when you have upgraded

to 15inch..

I can immediately feel the difference when I upgraded my rims

as the new ADR rims are much lighter than me ex-rims.
