Also using Toyo Trampio in my front 2 tyres. No complaint so far. I sometimes move more than 120k/h. No problem with it. Only thing is that it does not look real shiny even when clean with Armourall tire cleaner.

BTW, my left rear tire is Michelin and right rear tire is Firestone. [dizzy]

Sound like my car cos also having 3 different brands tyres in the past. [laugh][laugh] Now all changed to K712. [thumbsup] Do you notice that your tyres is noisy as there's three different tyres running on the road!

Long long time ago, all 4 Firestone.

Then 1 puntured, change to Michelin. Because nearest tire shop.

Then 2 become not usable because of misalignment causing inbalance wearing of tire. Change to Toyo.

Complicated.

Hi I am using the Toyo Trampio.. [thumbsup] Good for both dry and wet.

Pretty quite compare to Both Falken GRB2, and Bridgestone Grip 2. That was the only 2 performance tyre I used.

Thanks for the feedback. [thumbsup]

I have friends who are using Trampio Guwn currently and the comments are very positive.

Do you happen to know how is the performance of Vimode?

Yo, guess not many people are doing Toyo in Singapore. It will take a while to catch up with those Yoko or Bridgestone...

I have mine with Proxy T1-S...got them at Toyo booth at marina south in Apr 02...performed as promised - very good performance tyres but noisy, bumpy...if tire inflat at 220, can feel steering is heavy, make it a habit to do 230 psi

Did 180 kph in dry and 140 kph in wet with confidence when on oversea expedition [thumbsup] (wet condition, got alot of potential to push to 160 or 180...zero floating effect at 140 [thumbsup][thumbsup] )...but guess the price will keep buyer at bay [thumbsdown]

Did a turn out from CTE to CBD area at Havelock (its a 270 degree sweep), at about 70 without screeching...but that time traffic is light...

Good bet for my money...I didn't even intend to buy anything then and did not even do any research on popular tires!!!

In my opinion, how good or bad a tire is really depend on the feeling you have when driving it hard....when I run on T1-S half way through a sweep, it gave me confidence to step on more gas to hit a higher rpm...I don't feel that when wacking the original tire that came with the car...

With screeching, I can do that turn above 100.... [laugh]

But normally I do it under 80...don't want to scare the other motorists. [:p]

And suddenly the birdman sings..... [:)]

you know....everyone seems to miss you. [laugh]

Thanks for the feedback. Long time no hear/no see huh??? [gossip]

I have heard good things about Toyo and the first experience I had with them was when I took a ride in Mike's babe... He was using the R1R and I am impressed with the grip, comfort and noise level.

Since my current set of tyres will not last long, has started to hunt for the next set of rubbers.....

Very keen to try out the Vimode, if the $$ is competitive. [thumbsup]

Good morning to you too!! [sunny]

It is just a simple setup using a $20+ PC thermometer bought from SLS. Fixed with the help of Gadgeter and Cardinal!!! [thumbsup]

Just to see whether the stock air intake is really taking in cold (or cool) air. Need to consult Mike to see how to calibrate with my air-con's temperature sensor to get a meaningful reading. [scholar]
