Newsunny Neutral Newbie October 6, 2004 Share October 6, 2004 Try autoglym leather cleaner (500ml,$20) and leather conditioner(325ml,$14.90). I used for 5-6 cleanings still got about half bottle of conditioner left, cleaner still got 80%. Stamford tyres had a 20% discount for them recently, dunno whether still on or not. Jetcool 1st Gear October 6, 2004 Share October 6, 2004 I found this Lemon Pledge Leather Spray at Cold Storage Holland V but the parking is hell. I'd rather get from Woodgrove. The free parking is too good to miss. Thks, found out that the NTUC outlet at Queenstown sells the Pledge leather spray.
Genie47 1st Gear October 6, 2004 Share October 6, 2004 That's good. Cheap but good stuff. Lemon Pledge has been taking care of wood furniture for ages and would do good for leather.

Eekee Neutral Newbie May 5, 2007 Share May 5, 2007 (edited) I found this Lemon Pledge Leather Spray at Cold Storage Holland V but the parking is hell. I'd rather get from Woodgrove. The free parking is too good to miss. Thks, found out that the NTUC outlet at Queenstown sells the Pledge leather spray. The "Lemon Pledge leather spray" mentioned here, refer to the good old Leomon pledge in the yellow can that my mum used to use or is there a new one specially formulated for leather care. So far I've seen is only the yellow can type. Can someone tell me where to find the "Lemon Pledge leather care"? Edited May 5, 2007 by Eekee
Meecar Clutched May 5, 2007 Share May 5, 2007 before spending money on any cleaner or polish go visit a few detailing workshop and see what brand they are using and their results there is a saying: all polish or cleaners are not made equal similar not all leather are made equal some leather seats have tiny holes that allow the leather to breath and using the wrong chemical may clog these opening if you do not have time, it would be safe to use the mildest cleaner in the market. Eg there are many types of wood polish ranging from natural to synthetic. Among the natural polish there are those containing petroleum base solvent. Using the wrong polish on wood veneers sometimes can have irreversible damage. Personal experience, chemical burn on the wood veneer
