Hi Everybody,

Just starting to use Klasse products. Actually can I layer the SG weekly?

Any comment? If I keep layer the SG say 6 months later that's already 24 layers of SG, at this time do I still need to start from begin i.e.Clay, AIO than SG?

Awaiting for yours' comments.

hi,

m oso using the klasse AIO + SG together with soft 99 claybar ... these are my steps

a. wash the car to rid of all dirts / grime

b. claybar the car thoroughly, lubricate with a sponge on the car body while claybar

c. apply 1-2 coats of AIO, apply and buff off instantly

d. apply 1 coat of SG, allows the SG to set into the paint for @ least 24 hours

e. continue to add the coats in subsequent weeks, for me i did a max of 4 coats

for a quik charge shine, u can get the sonus glanz

cheers

Yes you can layer the SG weekly. after the initial AIO, you can apply the KSG and build on the KSG layers from there. For more info, you can check out the Klasse Application Tips thread in the RESOURCES folder here.

tink m improving my DIY skills after these few sessions [laugh]

check with you, is the sonus glanz able to remove water spots cause right now i always use the AIO to remove stubborn spots as i m gettting lazy to wash the car every week [laugh] so the water spots tend to be tough to remove by washing

guess diy wash n wax is all about practice makes perfect [laugh]

Can try on your friends and relative's car. See their car body condition. If look very tired like several weeks never wash. Offer to do it for them for a free meal or let you use their pool.

Do until kilat kilat with wax strip down, claybar, KAIO and KSG. Windscreen treatment (I'm researching on this). If they like, they will most likely invite you to come back to do for them. Then maybe their friends also want your services. idea.gif

Looking at the example from Australia where you got Jim's Lawnmowing, this can be the start of another career! BTW, most of Jim's Lawnmowing guys are formerly execs who retired and want to do something instead of bumming around. In Australia, it is lawn mowing and garden maintenance services that are highly sought after. I guess in SG, it could be mobile detailing.

MArcos bro.

Actually 3 coats of SG is enough for ur car to shine for mths

But nevertheless, if u got the time to layer the SG every wk, y not.

Do let us c pics of the results when u hv done up to 10X SG.

Thks.

Sonus glanz is not a quick detailer.

Its a "Klasse Booster wax" that tends to keep your Klasse finish looking like it was "just applied" wash after wash.

For removing water spots, u shd use Sonus acrylic spritz.

Tat, I m not so sure.

Normally in my case, I wash and claybar the car.

Then I SG.

In this way, I can b sure my car surface is always smooth. [;)]

Thanks for all the replies.

Actually I really take care my ride since the day I reced the key (i.e. April 2004).

For the passed six months I almost wax my babe every weekend. I had using Autoglym, Hi Glare 88 and NXT.

From this forum I got to know Klasse products, so I ordered from USA. After washing, claying, AIO and 3 layer of SG.(1st layer 2nd layer 24hrs apart 2nd & 3rd layer one week apart.). The shine is very good under strong sunlight. [thumbsup]

From the better car care forum I got to know the Wipe On Wipe Off method and this is really easy so I wonder since I like to wax every weekend. Why not just SG every weekend. I hope this can maintain the daily shine(or improve [rolleyes] ) and avoid the formation of those waterspot.

If get time sure shall go to join the meetup with your guys. But, our Rav4 meetup also fall on every Friday night. [confused]

oic, then i should be looking for the spritz instead since i am on the lookout for a solution for quick removal of stubborn water spots esp. the weather nowadays blowing hot and cold

will the glanz be as effective in the removal of water spots ?

I think it is the same. The shoes are first brushed till smooth. Then coated with Kiwi by finger up to 3 layers at least. Then candle flamed to smoothen. I use hairdryer last time. Then using damp cloth plus a dab of Kiwi, buffed till kilat. Damn hard work for a pair of shoes.

I think car surface the same thing. Clay bar = brush smooth leather. Heat melting = Swissol sunning. Some wax on damp buffing towel = KSG with damp applicator technique.

I got recieve feedback that it [cool] .
