When pumping air into tyre need help!!!

hi guys just need to ask something which i'm noob at...ok here goes..went down to esso petrol station last sun coz when i turn my steering, u can feel itz very heavy (my is non powersteering type) and from wad i heard tat means the tyre got some air lost...so i went up to the pumping machine..it requires u to set the numbers of psi i tink..how much should i set??

 

my rides wheel size is only 13 inch..thankz guys for yur help [thumbsup]

Check your fuel cap, B pillar of front door (directly behind driver seat usually) or instruction manual for recommended pressure. I won't be too surprised if it is in the region of 32 psi or 220 kPa.

o they write there? [:/] i dun knoe coz my ride is already very old and my parents dun haf the instruction...my parents normally set 240 but v fast u'll feel tat there's no air in the tyre

hm..perhaps a mth one time?? or one and a half mth once...but if itz small leak wun last a mth and the tyre still wun go flat rite?? wad i'm afraid is tat my parents did not pump in the correct pressure [dizzy]

Worn tyres will also make the steering heavier..how old are yr tyres? Last time my dad's landrover's tyres worn, you get a good workout just turning left and right! [sweatdrop]

eh the tyres on my current ride is about a year old...swap twice..the brand is falken one...lol ya lor tatz wad i'm having now also a workout hand tired man [sweatdrop]

Hmmnn 1 yr old should still have treads, how about yr steering wheel? Did you change to those small sporty type? Last time my old celica got small wooden one coupled with non-power steering also damn good workout! [sweatdrop][:p]

hm..nope the steering wheel is big big one with the word mazda wordings on it...but few mths back the steering axle broke den my dad send to the repair shop the person join back and told us not to turn the steering when the car is not moving...my ride is really dam old...i tink all mcf members cars are younger..my ride is 22 yrs old already man [jawdrop] older den me somemore [dizzy]

No worries about age of yr ride, mine is coming to 16 yrs old! But how did the mech 'join' the steering axle back? Should be weld back right? If not, [sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

 

So what's yr ride? 323?

yup the mech weld back..tat why now u turn the steering not very smooth...can hear some slight sound somemore...my ride is a 1.3 liter 323 nia la..not so rich to own a 626 btw wad's yur ride?? a mazda too?

oic..cool i sat b4 in tat car b4 years back..my uncle own it..quite nice la...my ride also guzzling fuel like drinking water [sweatdrop] i also training my right foot to be gentle but just love to floor the acc...haha...yea is those boxy shape square square one...ford laser also haf one looks almost the same only the rear light are different..i'll attach my ride pic just in case

Wow! Damn hard to find one of these nowadays! [thumbsup] Sure brings back fond memories! The 323 GT damn fierce at that time! I think I was driving a Honda Quintet during those 323/laser days...sigh me getting old!

haha yea so far i only saw 2 same shape as my on the roads..one is 323 the other one is laser..oo my is a 323 GT?? thought only 323 heard from my frens tat saying tat when this car was lauch tat time ppl gotta que to order and it was selling like hot cakes...but now...just a piece of old metal scrap [bigcry]

Sorry to disappoint you bro but yrs only a 323. 323GT comes in hatch form and only 2 doors..the equivalent of the civic in those days! [sly] And highly desirable all right! [inlove] and of cos like all fast cars, it quickly became bengish [:p]

haha orh..izzit the front same but itz a hatchback? neva see b4 in sg dun tink we haf it on our roads..haha yea..2 doors cars are fast...vvvvrrrrrrrroooooooommmmmmmm and off u go...haha [laugh]
