Hi Friends

 

Appreciate some feedback from users who have installed the concealed reverse sensor. I am keen to know the effectiveness and accuracy. There are so many reverse sensors in the mkt now and recently there are a lot of fancy ones around.

these sensors will only give u some reassurance, regardless of 3 point or 5 point sensing.

 

to know ur car best, stand next to the driver seat. and memorise the front and back end of ur car. that should give u a feel of distance.

 

when parking, drive pass the empty lot first, look at ground for foreign objects), look at the end of the lot for anything sticking out. check ur rear mirror before u manovure for the kill.

heard it's prone to sensitivity loss when the car is dirty or wet during rain.

I have been using it for a month. No problems with it and find it as good as normal reverse sensor. One big plus about it is u dun get the continuous "BEEP BEEP" sound when u engage reverse gear like the normal reverse sensors. The sound only come about when there are objects near.

 

No problem in rain or mud so far.
