Bound to happen. The case of a B1 carpark flooded [CISCO building i think] during last year heavy downpour. These cars ended up in the secondhand car market i.e. sold to innocent buyer....

Always a risk to buy a second hand car. At the current price, safer to get new car given the price will continue to fall..
