Davey Neutral Newbie August 29, 2004 Share August 29, 2004 (edited) Hi Gurus! Does anyone know how to locate the fuel line? I'm driving a Citroen C3 1.6 16v which has essentially a similar engine as a Peugeot 206. Someone gave me some "Fuel Saving" magnets and I want to try it out. Don't want to be a goondu and attach it to an air/oil line! BTW, I've attached a picture of the left side of the engine. [inline Fuel_Line_C3.jpg] Full picture of the engine can be seen here: http://memimage.cardomain.net/...99/634266_7_full.jpg Cheers, David Edited August 29, 2004 by Davey ↡ Advertisement

Streetman Neutral Newbie August 29, 2004 Share August 29, 2004 Hiya Bro what brand your magnet? Just a word of caution I recently had a set of well advertised magnets fixed to my ride...... had bad experience when engine started to vibrate markedly at idle with serious drop in power when engine response became very rough and unpleasant. Dont quite why experience such negative effects when my ride is always well maintained and 1 year old only. However original smoothness and power restored when I dismantled magnet. So caveat emptor! Davey Neutral Newbie August 29, 2004 Author Share August 29, 2004 Hi Bro, Can't remember what brand now, its in my boot. Got it from my brother off his old Subaru Impreza before he sold it. Cheers, David
Biccat Neutral Newbie August 30, 2004 Share August 30, 2004 The effect of the magnet on the ride may not be directly related. Being a very powerful magnet, it had actually interfered in your other electrical/electronic switches or sensors. I had experienced with my handbrake lights coming on full time due to the magnets. ↡ Advertisement
