Installing Nanolux films right now on Aveo

Actually I'm back at the office. Sun2Hot at PSB Bldg is doing it.

I know some JB afficianandos are going to slam me for this but I like the convenience of doing it in SG itself.

Cost is 560 inclusive of GST because of my itchiness for greater heat rejection.

OK the ran the VLT meter over the stock glass and this is what I got:

All sidelights and rear windshield is 80% VLT. Front windshield is 85% VLT.

I'm opting for Superlux 70 for the front and Nano 60 for the rear.

Superlux 70 has heat rejection of 75%. Nano 60 has heat rejection of 50%.

I would have preferred darker tint behind but the best heat rejection is Nano 50 also at 50% but the darker tints up to Nano 40 is 36% heat rejection. So darker not necessarily mean better heat rejection.

Lifetime warranty.

I'm back in aircon lab waiting for my incubation to tbe over. I left the car with them to do. I work in North Buona Vista. PSB is in South Buona Vista wink.gif. Collecting car after work.

3 Science Park Dr #02-26. Same guys that do V-Kool and Huper Optik. Nanolux is best bang for buck.

Tell Alvin Mr Chia recommended. Superlux 70 rejects a lot of heat at 75%. Rear can use Nano 50 for darker tint but if you don't like yin yong tint, I think Nano 60 is good with the same heat rejection at 50%.

Alvin will educate you on it. Darker film does not equate to greater heat rejection. Weekday is better as there are less cars and also they can work on your car while you go off to work. They open 9am-6pm. Discuss with Alvin for a package and appointment for the installation, dump your car there and take a cab to or bus to work, then come back after work to collect.

I have to go PSB quite often but I didn't notice any Sun2Hot film tint company leh..... whereabouts is it in PSB? As you turn in at the guard room, go left or right?

Turn right at guard room. Go straight and you will come to "T" junction. Make a left and there is this tiny workshop next to the cargo lift area with V-Kool emblazoned on it. Alvin will show you the effects of Huper and V-Kool. There is no demo of Nanolux but he has figures for the films.

Meet with Alvin during lunch next week. Discuss the package. Then decide the day to do. Then dump your car there.
