McWell's Maximum Velocity Lightweight Crank Pulley

For those who are interested in Crank Pulley, Try "Chuan Lee Hin". See Hotstuff latest copy for details. The device is made of Alluminium aircraft grade(Better and harder than those in market now).

 

I have checked with them, selling at $290 with installation.

 

Performance wise, it significantly improve on low end, accelerate faster. Pulley is the most effective bolt on for low end improvement.

 

Important point to note, such device will void warranty, for cars less than 3 years, do consider well.

their service sux la... bought a decal fr them... the counter staff leave my decal on the table after returning the change...WTF sia...

I do know for a time McWell was good (but exp)... over the past 5-6yrs though, their quality dropped badly...

Problem is, it seems that McWell OEM from some unknown source (Maximum Velocity is McWell's brand), so trustable ?

unless it comes with a harmonic damper, then no.

Back in 2003 someone posted about lighten pulleys on this forum. It was an article from some chief engineer at BMW. The pulleys will damage your engine, coz the balancing is altered.
