sound alone can't tell much unless you try to investigate further:

does pitch vary as you increase / decrease speed during the turn.

does sound disappear when u perform certain actions; eg turn right, stationary...

does sound appear to be that of it rubbing against something

does it sound out when you depress the brake pedal.

does it happen with the aircon ON or OFF.

with those questions in mind, it may lead you to fins out if the problem is at the brakes or aircon belt. Coz high pitched sound is usually associated with high revvs.

hope it helps. thumbsup.gif

I does face this problem before specially when in multi carpark when making turn. After I had spend $$$ on replacing my Shock Absorbers, Rear lower arms and also adjusted all my brake kits. The sound does appear when turning and braking. After multi test with my workshop, we discovered that my upper swing arm's rubber had wear out. After changing solve the problems. May be you can get you workshop to tested it ...

if yours is front wheel drive, just don't turn the steering while the car is stationary. Let the car "creep" slowly, at least, when you turn the steering. Your CV joints will last much longer. Just a tip.
