Chromas 1st Gear August 15, 2004 Author Share August 15, 2004 This calls for HIGH-BEAM + my LoUd LoUd horns at the bugger With my yellow fog lights and high beams on... taxi run with their silly tailpipes tucked between their car seats
BMW320i Neutral Newbie August 15, 2004 Share August 15, 2004 seriously thinking about modding my horn. Fit those that can be heard 1 km away and shatter their flimsy windows.
Chromas 1st Gear August 15, 2004 Author Share August 15, 2004 My Stebel Magnum 2 is still serving me well today. I hate it when at places like Kallang and the lanes are twisting here and there and these mindless licence-can-go-throw-toilet taxi drivers simply dunno how to keep to their own lanes. A good blast from my horns see them swerving away every single time. That's what happens to ALL taxis who try to eat my lane w/o proper road manners. BMW320i Neutral Newbie August 15, 2004 Share August 15, 2004 today alone I saw 1 taxi and 1 honda ( dunno) sharing 1 lane at 2am. How romantic ... yup I agree with you esp. the park mall one. always WITHOUT FAIL. confirm cut into my lane. I know these taxi drivers wanna practise their "apex" or "cornering" skills but pls don't do it in public ....
Chromas 1st Gear August 15, 2004 Author Share August 15, 2004 I was at OG last night around 1am... so many taxis... I was making my round at the YMCA => Park Mall where the S-Curve is... and I showed this idiotic taxi what it's like to take those rounds at 80kmh without braking... I was on lane 2 and he was on lane 3 (outermost lane)... ... approaching left bend, I held the pedal gently to hold speed and took the corner with the fellow slightly behind me... He horned at me... duh... and by the time I exit the 2nd bend, he was just a figment of my imagination in my rear view mirror... should have on my neons then and scare the crap out of him... make him think he saw a ghost... BMW320i Neutral Newbie August 15, 2004 Share August 15, 2004 i wouldn't dare play those bends. My car confirm cannot take the S curve at 80kph. too fast liao, sure understeer

Emperor Clutched August 15, 2004 Share August 15, 2004 Truly, brother, I understand your feelings exactly. Though there are some who are really courteous drivers!! Rare, but true. I had this experience once where a taxi driver gave way to me. I was so touched and thankful that I waved my thanks!
Emperor Clutched August 15, 2004 Share August 15, 2004 With your suspension and that engine you can gun that bend at 150 easy!!!!!! I'm doing ok. How was the trip to pasir gudang with jiayong??

Chromas 1st Gear August 15, 2004 Author Share August 15, 2004 That corner just right for tires that have grip. No understeer, just power through, provided a proper line is used.
BMW320i Neutral Newbie August 16, 2004 Share August 16, 2004 are we talking about following the lines on the road or all 4 lanes at your disposal ? If all 4 lanes at your disposal, I think 100kph is possible
Chromas 1st Gear August 16, 2004 Author Share August 16, 2004 Following the lines of the road, 80kmh is possible. Shouldn't have understeer (I didn't encounter any). If all 4 lanes are available, it's time to pick the best "line" to drive ↡ Advertisement
