2.) What is the diff between Duragloss Vinyl & Leather Dressing 201, Duragloss Leather Conditioner 221, IMD TUFFI Leather protector?

Will write a little review on the Leatherique twins thats on its way to my door step. :D

Been meaning to get them but not too sure whether it'll worked as good as they say on protected/coated leather. Will appreciate the review.

Kris..There are different between local fitted and factory fitted leather..I tried having leather conditioner on both local fiited and factory fitted leather..Alot of different as in feel and finish result and the leather conditioner tends to hold on longer on those factory fitted leather..

err...I don't really get what you mean. By 'hold on longer' do you mean it as a good thing or a bad thing? So factory fitted would require less frequent 'conditioning' as compared to aftermarket fitted?

Mine is OEM/factory fitted, although I have to confess that I haven't really been maintaining them all that well but I have occasionally been cleaning and conditioning them. So far I've tried Meg's aloe leather twins, Osren's (sample), DG 221, some times when I'm 'lazy' I just use DG 203 to lightly dress the interior including the leather seats. It's been 4 years now and I was wondering if the Leatherique twins could really produce any significant or discernible difference to them. I also have an 'old' leather sofa set that's yearning for some TLC [laugh] .

*.....d*** this OCD fever won't be cooling off any time soon wouldn't it....more products to consider [bigcry] *

Hey Kris, hmm i not too sure if Leatherique actually divide their products into coated and uncoated leather. I wouldn't want to try anything funny on uncoated ones man, those are usually high dollar cars. [laugh]

Leather Masters stuff does that.

Detailed leather should not be shiny or oily. It should feel plush and clean, usually with a matt finish.

Tried Pristine Clean with a leather brush on a leather seat from a 5 series bimmer that was coated with some some solvent based dressing.

It feels like knife cooking oil.

Rejuvenator oil wasnt used, but Pristine Clean manage to remove all the dressing and the dirt in the hide of the leather.

Will get a picture next time round.

Pristine Clean didnt need any kind of the baking in, only the rejuvenator oil which i have yet to use.

I am guessing i will have to use hairdryers to accelerate the baking process.
