Yup Agree. Think most looking at this price range of cars are people looking for value for money products. Laser definitely fit the description. Btw, its leather standard for laser? Heard the stocks are low, anyone got infor when the next batch is coming?

Leather is standard equipment for laser.

Definately value for money and I think it is should be more reliable than Korean or Malaysia made cars at this price range.

Must really find time to go down & test drive.

Hi all, got my Laser in Sept. So far no prob. Like Ekardo says, interior may be dated but now comes with wood grain dash and steering - so looks better lah. Anyway, cabin quality is better than korean or M'sian cars...

Initially, feel no pickup but I fitted Broquet 40 and ----zoom zoom..like my previous Maz 323.

heard current laser is same as the Japs 323 Protege........at this price, a good buy over Koreans and MY cars Exterior looks Mondeo alike.

yeah, with leather seats, 15 inch wheel, fog lights, reverse sensor, solar film...all standard fittings, better value than the others. Don't have to beg Saleman for these like other brand cars.

How come most running 2 disc/2 drums but a handful got 4 disc brakes?

Is it cos the Sports Version got 4 disc brakes or is it owner modified it?

some of the Mazda Club (MCS) forerunners modified it.

New Laser is lucky to hv 4 disk brakes and improved rear suspensions.

nothing I can think of to ask for. For me very easy buy... no need to bargain for this and that. Price now should be $49K - I think.

Broquet is a speed booster. Supposed to enhance your fuel for better performance. One time installation and can take out when you change car. Cost is $522 after DBS credit card discount. Check this website: http://www.broquet.com.sg

I went for fuel line fixing. Easier to remove when change to another car.

yup... use DBS credit card can get discount and also interest free instalment.

cos I was used to my mazda 323's pickup. The Laser is a bigger car and less pickup power. Anyway, pickup now is so much better.
