I admit, I put on some weight after marriage. I tried to cut carbo and buffets, yet still makes me overweight. Exercise, also rare ever since I had a torn ACL. Definitely not healthy. Saw Qoo10 selling backjoy for $38 with delivery, order 1 already A topper is a thin mattress you put on top of your mattress. If you find your mattress too hard you can put a soft topper. If you find your mattress to thin or soft you can put a firmer topper. Shoulder could be you pulled a muscle or your posture is bad. Most likely sitting posture. You can try shoulder exercises or if its my I would go for thai massage where they bend your body like a pretzel. Some people find it painful I just love it. Just don't make the mistake I did of choosing a thin petite girl and thinking she has no strength. I see, not sure if I really need a topper as my bed, is those orthopaedic tyre ( it should be good, I suppose) Every morning when I wake up, I will do stretching of neck and shoulder. Otherwise, they will spoil my day. I don't think I pull the muscle, as it had been like this for a year. More on the sitting posture, the pillow and driving too long. I like to hold my steering with 1 right arm only.. every fortnightly, I will go TCM for massage. 2 hrs worth, with cupping and gua sa. everytime, my shoulder, neck and right arm will show great shade of purple-rish. was told, its not good. the root cause of my pain yes, my washing machine is from Samsung.. high tech but only know how to use 1 feature. after 3 years, my wife still don't know how to operate it.
