Has managed to speak to MM service agent on the phone yesterday evening.

 

According to him, MM do not allow us to bring our own oil for servicing [furious] Their service package for 20,000km is $189 (with 4L Shell Ultra engine oil, oil filter, sparks plugs, brake servicing & 26 points check).

laugh.giflaugh.gif wat a joke .... I have been bringing my own oil (Mobil1) since I dun use Shell .... with no problem with my SA .. even got the Invoices with statements such as "Engine Oil = S$0 (owner's oil)" smash.gif
