Just saw some net news that they will be introducing their all new design model next year called 2006 ... which would you buy ?

 

1) Hyundai Sonata - Newly design engine (NF) and more sexy look (some spy shots)

2) Going to be same platform as the new Sonata but cheaper I think

3) This one with a new L6 engine ... hmmm ... interesting.

No. The overall bulk. And the headlamps of an older Camry model. Others have compared it to the Passat. Somehow, it's lost its Jaguar look, and this may not be good. But spaciousness takes a big leap forward.

On the plus side, since the Jaguar-ripoff will be an outgoing model in the not-too-distant future, Komoco might just drop price later on to clear stock. If that happens, those in the market for a cheap 2.0L family saloon will be in luck.

As for Kia, they have been scoring a lot of points with their new design efforts. First the Sorento, then the Picanto, now the Cerato. We'll see if their new 2004 Sportage can carry off that successful run.

yep, old sonata price is sure to drop before the new one comes, a very good news for sonata lovers

 

as for kia, really must praise their new cars design.. they all just look so good. thinking their sales will shoot up with the latest offer

Definately a Magnus.... i hate "mass produce" car... i don't want a car that is too common. Hyundai is now "pasar malam" car, Kia is their "Ka Kia", no better than Hyundai.

I kinda liked the current Camry (except for the fact that it's made in Thailand). If the new Sonata has the Camry's road presence, that's definitely a good thing.
