Someone hit my back,but cannot claim his insurrance.WHY?

I oso kana knocked last week and my drive oso vios.

 

The good: i managed to settle privately.

The bad: got repaired last weekend but kana knock again yesterday by don't know which f**ker during parallel parking whilst i was away.

 

 

Keen to know the insurance company too. Should your friend taking the BM standard insurance package then all brothers out there should know which insurance company is it liao. Yes??

My friend had just renewed his ins recently,by right,he should have got a 5 or 10% NCD but now his NCD is still zero,and on top of that his premium has increased by abt $200+.

 

Now he only hopes that the 2 ins company will investigate and when they concluded that not his fault,the ins will pay back whatever extra $$$ he had forked out + NCD.

He got no more further info. Anyway I will ask him to call the ins company again to check if investigation is still in progress.

I tink ur fren better not pay the extra premium cos if he does next time to get bk the $ will be another ding-dong session!! Best is clarify wif the insurance company... last time my dad oso similar situ... a merc rev in to him and insurance renewal came next mth doubled his from $600+ to $1.4k!!!! My dad made alot of noise and insist tat we are claiming the other party not they claim us... so why sud our premium be increased? These ppl are like sales ppl... they will promise u the sky moon and the sun until u sign on the dotted line... so beware!!

 

The other thing is that some how in spore... if u kiss ppl bkside... irregardless of wat the person in front did still u at fault... ??? anyone can verify tat? what happens if the party in front jams brakes at a 90kmh road... person behind ends up kissing the bumper... the front person sure say bk person bang him... his word against the other...
