Cool_jazz Neutral Newbie July 3, 2004 Share July 3, 2004 (edited) http://www.phantomplate.com/photoblocker.html not sure if this works..... Let's plan a group buy man. Looks like the TP are having a good time with all their mobile cams. Maybe they are needed because they need $$ to fund this.... http://newpaper.asia1.com.sg/newsiq/0,4143,1087660740,00.html Pay cuts restroed for the top in Govt THEIR salary cuts will be restored in two steps - from next month and on Jan 1 next year. Monthly salaries of political, statutory, judicial appointment holders and officers from the Administrative Service were cut by up to 10 per cent in Nov 2001, due to the uncertain economic outlook. In July last year, because of Sars, there was another salary cut, reported The Straits Times. As a result, the annual salaries for some went down by as much as 24 to 29 per cent. The Public Service Division (PSD) is also revising the way that public-sector pay is pegged to private-sector benchmarks. The benchmark system was introduced in 1994 to keep public-sector salaries competitive. But this adjustment has been made in only four out of the 10 years that have passed. The Government will now do away with this automatic adjustment. Instead, it will continue to track the private-sector benchmark annually and also take into account 'the broader state of the economy'. Tanzy Clutched July 4, 2004 Share July 4, 2004 To come to think of it, this spray will only defeat cameras that use flash lights to illuminate the license plate. These cameras are the fixed speed and red light camera. Honestly, how often do we beat these cameras since we know where they are exactly? Not really right? The mobile cameras use IR to take the picture with radar or laser to measure speed. These are the cameras we have to look out for but this spray won't help us at all.
