Learnt about this from the forum and was condering if the magnet if installed will it disrupt the working of the engine. Example will the magnet affect the EFI or other magnetic field sensitive gadget. A friend of mine was recently advised by an technical engineer in exklusive to remove the magnet fron his new megane. Could N16 owner whom had installed the said pls advise i.e. problem and performance. Thanks.

Try keeping the magnets away from any sensors.

 

Have read on a magnet-selling website that using a ferrous material (anything that responds to the magnetic attraction) to wrap around the magnets, the magnetic force can be "sealed in" and concentrated inside. The site suggested using steel wires as it's flexible and easily wrapped around the magnets.
