Michelin vs Yokohama

Thinking of changing to either Michellin energy MXV8 or Yohoman A500 (ASPEC dB). My rim size 14" and need to change all 4 tyres.

 

Also know where to get.

You should try the Bridgestone Turranza, I think the model is GR80. My friend got it and he is quite impressed with its quiet ride and performance in both wet/dry.

My 323 use to be on Michelins ... my Mom's current Lancer is on the Yokohama. Michelins noisy .... Yokohama quiet. Michelins horible in wet .... Yokohama I dun really know.

 

Can I suggest you try BF Goodrich instead

Definately 101%. The Aspec dB are hopeless on wet roads.

really can forget abt the Yoko A500, horrible in wet. Using it now and cant wait to change it off but thread still got alot.

Strange, seems that Yohoman A500 (ASPEC dB) not well-like but see so many cars on the road using Yohoman ASPEC dB.

 

I am more concern about grip on wet road because safety is top priority.
