Hmanxx 2nd Gear March 13, 2005 Share March 13, 2005 Thanks for all your help...i drove in australia b4 but always with my gf cum driving instructor in the car...so when driving alone...i super pressure...like doing something wrong like that...like like criminal ...that is why i never had a chance to build my confidence...everyone of my friends say i am ok...nothing wrong with my driving...but i still think i drive like a sotong....i will practice...then try to build up my confidence lor....thanks once again fellows. cheers. For driving affair, never listen to female, most female dont have sense of distance versus danger, see how many auntie/female drivers like to crawl horizontally across 3 lanes abruptly without even care on how fast are coming vehicals when merging from small lane to main road. Just be confident for yourself, dont care on how people look at you, you just need to practise a few more times then you will be better. ↡ Advertisement

Kelpie 2nd Gear March 13, 2005 Share March 13, 2005 (edited) If you've got your licence, you don't need to diplay teh "L" plate. They charge slightly more for refresher, approx S$30 / hr. Just go for 1 lesson for parallel.... then for normal driving, can practise using your friend's car. An hour of driving uses S$10 petrol at most. urh..are we very sure about this? If I remember correctly, "L" plate is still required when I did the refresher course in the past. Regards, Edited March 13, 2005 by Kelpie

Alfpoon Clutched March 14, 2005 Share March 14, 2005 Find a day with a good excuse to rent a car to run errands or bring family n friends out. All of them can be your "warning" sensors. no need reverse sensor! At least what you pay for you put it to good use..can go anywhere you want, whatever time you want too! ↡ Advertisement
