Tea3 Neutral Newbie January 21, 2004 Share January 21, 2004 For discussion sake & as a follow up to my previous post, may I ask, "What should the mechanic check when we send our cars for servicing?" Once I asked the mechanic, "Will you check this & that?" & the answer was, "Don't worry, we know what we are doing." If so, then why do I keep going back so often with problems & have to get the car checked again & again? Thats the main reason why I keep all my receipts from my agent workshop. Then if a problem is not solved .... I show them the receipt. The difference is I normally staple the manifest copy of what I needed checked with the receipt. That way .... they cannot hide. Then go back and bang table You paid good money for good work to get done , not shabby workmanship. Sometimes, you just gotta push them .... for your own benefit. If they dun see your face , they are sometimes totally ignorant to your plight Show them all the receipts and everything that is supposed to be done to solve the problem. Better if they recommended those changed and still the problem persist. Either they dun know what they are talking about or are experimenting with the parts , but at the end of the day , you pay for every part they change Daylight Robbery if u ask me.
