Bfmstg Clutched December 30, 2003 Share December 30, 2003 (edited) hi all, need some info on this product. heard it works like HVS but this is locally made. so need to compare HVS and RMK before making decision which one to go for. thanks and regards Edited December 30, 2003 by Bfmstg ↡ Advertisement
Hitman Neutral Newbie December 30, 2003 Share December 30, 2003 Bro ... abit tough to compare. To make an accurate comparison ... you gotta have someone who has got both installed at one point in time or another. At about S$270 per HVS, its unlikely someone will swap for RMK unless absolutely necessary. If u get from one party with one item , then not accurate oredi cause it will probably be quite a bias report anyway. How much is the RMK anyway ?? Bfmstg Clutched December 31, 2003 Author Share December 31, 2003 hi, the price with installation is $188 plus come with 4 point grounding. looked at the product, what i can said is the quality is not as good compare to HVS. the cables provided is audio cable......come with 1 year local warranty. the price btween the HVS and RMk is coming to nearly $90 different. so need to have more info on both items. another guy told me that apexi also have same item also come with 3 points grounding. but sure about the price. so you go any info on apexi? thanks and regards
Rev_zone Neutral Newbie December 31, 2003 Share December 31, 2003 My car already installed the RMK hvs before it was advertise on HOTStuff. I would say it's a worth buy cos so far it seems to be the best mod & cheapest one I had on my car and the effect is immediate right after it was installed. Better pick up, engine run much smoother than before, cut down in engine noise and sure you gotto feel a total diff ride.
Ghunk Neutral Newbie February 10, 2004 Share February 10, 2004 if i already did my DIY grounding, will i benefit from the HVS/RMK? Do i need the grounding points provided??

Rev_zone Neutral Newbie February 10, 2004 Share February 10, 2004 From my nick should be able to tell I'm driving a Colt'03. Actually we gave them a call and they came down to our location and install at the spot. Maybe got 4 of us install at the same time, that's why they provide a bit more of personal service and come to us instead of going down to them. Cost : $188 (Cheap right?) Rev_zone Neutral Newbie February 11, 2004 Share February 11, 2004 Maybe you can check out HOTStuff for their contacts as I believe so far they are the only shop selling this. In order to confirm the correct place, check out the shop's name cos RMK is name after the shop's name.
