Kelpie 2nd Gear December 11, 2003 Share December 11, 2003 Hi there, 1. I thought Sing Tien Seng is marketing the Daihatsu Extol 1.3L Mini MPV at the moment? Its going at 67K+ for one if I'm correct. 2. I think Mini MPV has its beauty and can't simply compare it to driving a Van. Its targetting at different market segment just like standard MPV vs Full-size MPV. 3. I wonder how good is STS after sales support. Its Daihatsu a trusted car brand since its a subsi of Toyota? Regards.
Kelpie 2nd Gear December 11, 2003 Share December 11, 2003 (edited) Meeting strict collision safety standards. True driving comfort demands an assurance of safety. The body of the Extol employs a Collision-safe Body designed to meet the latest collision safety standards. Its strength begins with a streamlined front end which is designed to create a crumple zone for impact absorption in the event of an unavoidable accident. A second line of defence comes in the form of the highly rigid cabin space that provides a dependable core of protection for the benefit of driver and passenger alike. In additional to meeting the latest frontal and rear collision safety standards, the Extol has even passed stringent European safety standards with flying colours.
