Guyver 1st Gear January 10, 2003 Share January 10, 2003 I find the plastic chamois pretty good and lasting, genuine chamois dont last long imho. I have been using the "kanebo" one, blue in colour for about 2 yrs+ and its still in good condition based on a once a week wash So where to get the plastic chamois?? and how much?? Jgoh Neutral Newbie January 12, 2003 Share January 12, 2003 I forget how much I paid for mine, but the 'microfibre' towels are now available in many DIYs also. I find it especially useful/good for glass/glassware, including my specs which are multicoated. Doesn't leave any fine scratches even (provided you keep your microfibre towel clean!). Cheers!
