Hi ALL,

 

Was trying to get rid of some tough stains on the car body over the weekend....someone recommended that I use Jif....is it ok??

be prepared for swirl/scratch marks on your car's body work if u use it, as it's a mild abrasive product.

 

I definetely won't use it on my car, even tho it's 12 yrs old. smile.gif

I use Jif but not on the body. No way on the body. On windshield, it is OK if you got access to a hose and continuous flow of water. On rims that have the natural silver look, it is OK. BUT NEVER ON THE BODY.

Dishwashing liquid will strip off all the protective wax. The people who used dishwashing liquid use it on their rims and windshield but not on the body.

My car in bad shape.. habben wax for long time.... waiting for groomer to do it..

they seeking groomer to fix it.

kenna fine paint mah... strip already using claybar...

 

still got foreign material... now wait for the groomer to do his/her job then i resumed

 

back re-protecting again..

shakehead.gif, not JIF.... polish will be a better alternative....

 

else, can try claybar, but u'll need to seal & wax again....
