It can be DIY or installed by the mechanics. I had one installed on my jazz when my car was about 1 mth old. My verdict? Go for it!!! I did save up some petrol (not alot...but long term wise...quite alot). I also found a increase in power =)

Do drop them a email @ [email protected]. Let them know what car u are driving, and they would advise you on which broquet is suitable for your car.

I've had mine done by them. upon confirmation of price and model, they drove straight to my office and got it fixed up within 45mins ( quick eh? ).

One thing to bear in mind, this broquet comes with 30 days return, IF the product doesn't work!

Cheers

Hi Mondeost220,

Take a look at www.broquet.com.sg for more info and pricing details on the various product types. nod.gif

Are you looking for the in-tank or the in-line ones ?

For in-line units, best to let the workshop install it, as they will have most of the tools, connectors and parts with them. Remind them not to cut the fuel line, but to add another one instead...

Btw, you've got PM !

yeah, like what the rest have said, its really convenient to have broquet installed...

Just call them and they'll drive to your place to install it for you. And installation is less than 30mins

Anyway, those who've installed broquet, did you all go and re-tune your engine?

mine was a in-line broquet. If my memories serve me well, it should be ard $350++. For yr 2L ford, u would need the bigger unit will would cost u ard $500++.

For in-line units, according to the Broquet web site [under the 'products' section]:

- Boostmaster B30 - for cars up to 150bhp, S$380

- Boostmaster B40 - for cars up to 200bhp, S$580

Email me at [email protected]

I've got a B40 on me. nod.gif

Personally, I find the in-tank units more for fuel economy and the in-line units gives a bit more performance improvement. However, this varies with different car models. nod.gif

The Broquet in-tank/line, and the magnets were all tested on a C-Class. For fuel economy, try the Broquet. For performance, try the magnets. But like I said earlier...it depends on what car is used, and also on the driving style of the driver. Might get better performance, but if the driver continues with having a heavy right foot...then really cant help with fuel economy already. tongue.gif
