Roadblock Neutral Newbie December 24, 2001 Share December 24, 2001 Wondering if any souls out here can help me. I have some oil stains in my new house garage pavement (am stayoing in terrace house) and wonder if I can rid it. My maid has tried it but I have yet to seriously get down to getting rid of it. ↡ Advertisement
Neilchua Neutral Newbie December 24, 2001 Share December 24, 2001 hi Roadblock.... some of my experience. On the stain on the pavement, sprinkle some dishwasher detergent. Sprinkle a little bit of water so that it turns a bit "muddy" like. Then brush it in and leave for few hours. Within a few hours you should be able to carefully rinse it away. Hope that helps! Turbobrick Neutral Newbie December 25, 2001 Share December 25, 2001 Try sawdust, can ask industrial woodwork factory for it. I used this when I was a mechanic in Army, it soaks up oil very easily and after sweeping the sawdust away you can clean the patch with detergent. Yongwd 1st Gear January 4, 2002 Share January 4, 2002 U can try Autogylm engine degreaser or Kerosene for stubbon grease stains, always works for me. Oil stains on ceramic tiles can easily removed.
