Vtim 3rd Gear September 16, 2003 Share September 16, 2003 fix HVS lah... don't get confused with HVS & electrical current requirements for you car HVS doesn't provide a current boost but only stabilised the voltage that the car currently is not having If you require more currents, especially installation of ICE, you'll need a bigger Alternator & Battery to drive (electrical current) the Amps & Speakers Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Vtim 3rd Gear September 17, 2003 Share September 17, 2003 if you go for ICE, than first thing to do is to check your car's current Electrical ouput, mainly the Alternator & Battery Ratings If you have an Aternator of 70Ah & above, battery of at least 60Ah, should fit most ICE requirements unless you are talking of adding a twin 12" woofer box that needs 400W of power & above, would advice you to add a 1 Farat Capacitor Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you love to "pump up the base (woofer)" than should put in a 1 Farat Capacitor.
