Try Fulco

Is Fulco a PI? They sell Kia,Mitsubishi, citreon and also have a used car division ,not aware that they are PI. Edited by Ct3833

Very impressed with PIs now. Was sceptical and cautious at the beginning, but after reading up and research went with Apex Trading. Bought a Honda Fit 1.5 Hybrid with my wife still urging me to go with AD. But Honda AD don't ship in 1.5 Hybrids. Found Apex Trading while narrowing search for Hybrids. Andy Chua served me without pressure and must say found him precocious for his age. He matched price for price, freebies for freebies, promotional loan interest rates matched other competitors' that I had narrowed down to be ok on my list.

Got my Fit in time for current CNY. Family very pleased with the car and PI. Went for first 1K mileage servicing having driven to Malacca over CNY. Blown over by Optima Werkz's service. PIs' collab with good workshops giving ADs a run for their market share now. ADs can't match PIs' price.

Apex Trading and Andy Chua highly recommended.

Only grouse with PIs, mostly don't provide test drives for their cars.

How much did you bought for the 1.5l Fit hybrid?

How many years warranty does the PI give, especially to the battery?

What is the servicing package like?

Is it true that at handover car, must take photo with the PI SE? I saw them always use his to advertise on FB. Will there be penalty if don’t take photo with them?

How did ow blow you? Care to share? I went for my free service but they didn't seem to blown me over. Its just a normal service experience like any workshop. Perhaps the wind wasnt that strong when I was there. Anyway, nice try, Andy. We here are already blown over by you.

I actually did buy a car from apex / Andy. On hindsight

Price - advertised to be better. Final price was not really.

Freebies and promos - no, no, no. Only one choice.

Having said that, car was delivered according to contract.

This is a more fair review than the other one like selling snake oil.

How about your experience with the workshop? I saw even a dedicated thread talking mostly bad about that workshop

I didn't go with OW. Did warranty hopover to another workshop instead (though time will tell whether the other one any good)

In fairness to Apex and OW, usually nobody bothers to post good stuff and only talk about the bad, which is why that glowing review by neutral newbie is so suspicious.

Bottom line I'd think with Apex is to compare carefully and don't be pressured (same as all other PI and AD too).

My experience with VENTURE CAR.

Not a nice experience buying car from. Poor follow up after your sign purchase agreement. Door handle chrome and steering wheel leather all start peeling off after 3 months of collecting new car and dealer mentioned defect no under warranty. Very poor response in follow up call and email. Will not recommend. Bad experience.

19 Feb 2019

I finally resolved my the door handle issue by paying for the door handle as Venture Car refused to replace under warranty.

But that was after some unpleasant experience.

The new handle wasn't fix properly and it was very obvious that the handle was not aligned. But the mechanic brush off my feedback by saying that is how a new handle is like. I refuse to accept his explanation and insisted he rectify it. Only to find out that he didn't install the handle properly as the gasket was reversed (discover by his colleague as he don't know how to fix it and ask his colleague for help).

Another issue was when he was adjusting my IU unit, the solar film was damaged (a 10cents hole) and he again brush off by saying is like that. The hole is actually the glue.

What rubbish? A hole in the solar film is taken as the glue.

Totally disappointed from after I sign on the purchase order.

Sale person forgot to cash in my cheque and requested me to do bank transfer.

New Window visor came off after 3 months.

New Steering wheel leather defect after 3 months

New Door handle defect after 3 months (case was report since June 2018 and it drag till today after many email and call).

Very lousy experience.
