Loan approved, documents did not submit, Car not registered, why do you need to pay the loan??

Also to bid for coe, it’s 10k set by LTA..

If you pay 1k, pi bid and secure Coe under your name, you can just walk away with the coe.. then how pi collect money from you ?

Want to buy, buy from established pi with at least 20 years history.. Pay a bit higher for peace of mind.. then to find the cheapest pi and can’t sleep at night

Theirs is reduced specification. Get from another Old timer PI. PM me

The one that ran away is ready stock PI. Their stock but they loan $ from bank. So they run the cars own by bank. The PI conman smarter than u 100x

As a result, the buyer faces the rude shock of having the car repossessed.

The new secure and seamless access also offers vehicle owners "the flexibility to perform a range of vehicle-related transactions online, any time and anywhere", an LTA spokesman added.

Currently, car dealers send people to LTA's Sin Ming office to wait in line for various transactions, including vehicle transfers, to be processed by counter staff. This can take hours as there are usually long queues, dealers said.

In the property market, there is lawyers to do all the necessary verification to ensure the entire transaction is carried out accordingly from end to end,but they charge a fee for the sercive. It is good that LTA at least play the role to ensure a car sales transaction is legit, and it i only fair that they charge a fee , of course the sum has to be reasonable .

hopefully they won't charge like property transaction stamp fees ...

 

I think there is nothing that requires vetting .... once the log card and system shows your name as the owner, then it should be a closed case ? and money can be released accordingly.

 

if still got otang, then the car cannot be transferred right ?

 

I think $200 to $300 should be an acceptable figure.

Actually i would like it to be lower, like $50 or so. LTA just provides a platform to remove scam transactions by ensuring ownership is transfered. The volume of transaction is high and it is computerised, it is easy money to be made.

If the car is still mortgaged to bank, how to do transfer?

 

When I buy my car, I give cashier order and ownership was transferred to me immediately.

gotten the new fit frm my PI..

good service. reasonable pricing with the freebies. n when i spotted a stain on the new car, the sales advisor immediately asked his staff to try to clear away

. but in vain. so he booked a date for the car to go for another grooming service.

 

 

done the old car transfer at LTA ourselves as the PI charging 100bucks additionally. n LTA was quite free of queues today.

 

overall a 8.5/10.

the 1.5 is for the pricing.. hahaha

I don't want the cheapest deal. Value service and quality.
