Kyosho1 Clutched September 1, 2003 Share September 1, 2003 Can't decide which to buy? Merc, on paper, seems like a good buy but feels cramp at the back seat and the car looks small. Jaguar is less powerful but has a rather smooth engine, back seats are small, and no back seat aircon ducts. Which car have more problems that require more workshop visits? Any comments out there? Thanks ↡ Advertisement

Lawreo2002 Neutral Newbie September 1, 2003 Share September 1, 2003 after driving for a few months, jag feels smooth and very stable because of its solid bodywork .......feels very safe while driving it even at high speeds compared to C180/200, its much more stable and luxurious although the initial pick up will not be fast but its not a sports car anyway however when you rev it up , it can be quite dangerous as its 'turbo' kicks in , its V6 can really fly have test drive C200 before buying the X-type , its interior not bad although not as classical feel as the X its pick up faster but the body not as stable , seems lighter equipment wise , almost the same , but the stereo in X is very good customised cd player with cd changer at the back ........sound very good dun know about FC for C200 but for X, its 17L/100 km, quite ok if you can afford this car as for looks, its definitely better-looking than the normal C200 (as common as rolla) i have chosen the X also because or the slick design and service quality good follow up from SE and attitude from the service center FYI dun approach the female SEs in Malayan motors , most are snobbish B#$$% mine is a guy called Jeff , quite nice ppl , not attitude like those B#$# hope this helps
