Toad soup? 🤭

Else catch and throw them somewhere else like some mentioned. Else if you trap them like rats ava will come fine you.

Wah lan eh, Chat GPT arh??

My pond was thought to be invaded by toads too. Then I realized that if you throw them out, they come back in no time. Finally, I recognized it is just 4 of them. When you throw them out, they come back in no time. 3 times, me and my friend throw them outside the gate and 30 mins, they are back at the inside of the gate.

So, what I did was I really pushed 2 of the small ones into the drain hole where they probably cannot get their way up and 2 of them were thrown into the garden area about 100m away and they never come back again.

Maybe soon rain is here more often, and I will have to deal with them again. And I will do the same way

Bang Cock edition

"Got it — if you’re trying to get rid of toads from your landed house in Bangkok, you have a few options.
Toads like moist, cool, dark places. They’re usually there because your property feels like home to them (water source, hiding spots, food like insects). Here’s how you can naturally (and humanely) discourage them:

1. Remove Attractants

Cut back plants and grass — keep your lawn short and trim shrubs so there are fewer hiding places.

Clear debris — remove woodpiles, leaf litter, or any clutter where toads can hide.

Reduce water sources — if you have standing water, like in pots or garden dishes, empty them regularly. Toads love moist environments.

2. Control the insect population

Toads eat insects. If you reduce bugs around your house (using natural repellents, yellow bug lights, etc.), the toads will have less reason to stay.

3. Use natural deterrents

Salt: Sprinkle salt around areas they frequent (but be careful — too much salt can harm your soil and plants).

Vinegar spray: Mix vinegar and water and spray around the garden edges (vinegar irritates their skin, but don’t spray directly on plants or soil too much).

Coffee grounds: Spread used coffee grounds around your garden. Toads dislike it, and it’s good for the soil!

4. Barrier methods

Install fine mesh fencing (small enough to stop toads) around the garden.

Make sure there are no gaps under gates or fences where they can slip through.

5. Relocation (if needed)

If you spot one, you can gently catch the toad using gloves (their skin can secrete mild toxins, so it’s better not to touch bare-handed).

Release it far away in a suitable natural environment — near water, but away from residential areas.

6. Consider lighting

Outdoor lights attract insects, which attract toads. Use motion-sensor lights or reduce nighttime lighting in the garden.

If you want, I can also give you specific tips based on your garden layout! For example, if you have a pond, or certain plants, the strategy can be more targeted. Want to tell me a bit more? 🌿🐸"

Cover the pond with a canvas or switch of those ambience lights. See whether it work. Lights attract frog and toads.

See any eggs remove them immediately. Once hatch you will see a whole village.
