Your ideas not workable, unintended consequence, lead to confusion, not cost effective, sir constraints etc etc. My own LTA ideas? Bestest in the world from the Bestest Department in Singapore to Batam! Just look at ERP 2.0. Biggest, most components and took longest to develop in the world.
