CVT always need extra care but I think Suzuki should be generally ok.

I test drove the car just before Xmas. It's really nice. Quite like it actually.

Before someone else says that Aion is a better deal. Which well could be, the swift is sold by the 10thousands in India. Spares will not be an issue.

Both China and India entered the Singapore car market in the mid to late noughties with some truly atrocious cars, and now look where China is, and where India isn’t……

If drive ard Sg , buy Aion..

if sometimes got the urge to go JB eg Bluewave and the works, just get the Swift ..

In terms of price and space, Aion indeed seems to be a better deal, at least Aion is a sedan more spacious and practical. Swift is a small car lo, pay so much and yet the car is so small. Lol.

But in terms of design, Aion is ugly, reminds me of the Chery A168 and this Aion looks ‘cheapo’.

Features wise Swift definitely better than Aion.

Even at that price Swift got adaptive cruise and lane keeping assist

Where is that post of that legendary old Chery I think the only one still registered and left in SG 🤣

For CVT,don't drive like a Manic,change ATF every 30,000Km,should able to last a long Time.

 Even drive vios might find this car small, cause vios at least is a sedan. Swift is just a small hatchback.

I mean, Swift is not really a family car. But the new one has an ok amount of space. Boot is bigger than previous gen too.

True la, cannot expect too much since the car price is crazy high now.

But even if there is only 1 or 2 person, swift still not quite a practical car due to small space. If you want to ferry people comfortably or carry items, this car cannot make it.

Why the heck would you want to waste a coe quota on it. Heck even putting a classic plate on it, is a waste what more a normal coe.
