Apparently China got around 100 EV brands....!

BYD is probably the most established one but funnily didn't see that many BYD in china. Their Roewe aka Rover aka MG seems to be the teksi king

I think they need a protection panel at the btm

Was told the PARF scrap value is only $3k.  Based on that, I calculate the Sea Lion OMV is only 36 to 37k only.  That would translate to an annual depreciation of $19k+ which is around the same as a Model Y AWD Long Range.

but to the loan big big crowd it means the model Y $down and loan is higher. lower price less loan betterer... 😁

On the flip side, you get to sell your current ride for better price, loan interest can be as low as 1.68%, can go with lowest cost insurer and have access to free destination charging..  Your choice lor..

Likely in Sh.  SAIC owns Roewe

The Didi quite a lot of BYD.

Mainly Han or those sedan version.

I am on waiting list for Sealion 7 test drive. So you are not impressed by the test drive? 

I read the specs, think at 1.62m tall is quite short for Full size SUV.

low scrap value would be ideal for anyone who wishes to extend past 10 years. Main cost is just COE and some scrap metal value.

Think main cost is replacing the battery on any EV
