It is readily available, one can get a knife from supermarket, minimart, neighbourhood hardware stores, value$ shops, ikea, etc etc almost anywhere...

Whether its a gun, knife, stick or bare hands, people who are so blinded by rage they decide they have nothing to lose by attacking someone is something that needs looking at.

Indeed.

I think we also need to look at ourselves collectively as a country, to see why these things are happening more and more. There has to be some underlying factor that is driving people over the edge.

Nowadays most people quite bad in managing their temper, no matter at what age, always very easily get agitated and then become violent towards other people.
