More curious about the,

" group’s non-regulated international e-commerce logistics parcel business.
The report alleged that there were manual entries of certain delivery status codes by SingPost's international business unit. These were for international transhipment parcels which the company had agreed to deliver under an agreement with one of its largest customers.

These manual entries were allegedly done without basis or supporting documentation and with the intention of avoiding contractual penalties under the agreement. "  

Sounds like something to do with Amazon, lazada deliveries.

My family and I buy things from Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and it has never been delivered by SingPost in recent memory. It has always been an independent contractor in a NinjaVan or sometimes even a Honda Freed. The postman only comes around once a while to deliver snail mail and junk mail. 

SingPost owned the local distribution market but failed to pivot...... caught napping and still want to raise postage prices?

My Co e-commerce biz uses their service via Easyparcel.

It is cheapest in the mkt for goods up to 5kg.
