DBS app use nric Sgx account use nric Certificate of clearance from police department also uses nric, name, photo as identifier. (Hmmm..... recently collected a COC on behalf of a family member whom had left singapore decades ago for canada. Nric number was use as unique identifer) on...and...on.....
