Now the driver definitely going to jail whether he was right or wrong initially. 

 

PS. Fortunately I don't use EZBuy for a while now, shouldn't affect my parcels.

Yes no need to be familiar with the area to obey traffic signals, but the chance of someone disobeying due to misjudgment, miscalculation, blunder or whatever u want to call it will definitely be much higher than someone who is familiar with the area. That's what I'm trying to highlight.

Protected areas as MRT track directly below it, so to prevent sabotage or any incident. Same as those areas around Bishan MRT all fence up .
